In 2018 we purchased off the plan a unique looking bespoke home designed by Simon Shaw and Biasol and developed by Aurelio de Santis aka ‘ The Builder ‘
…….we did not realise then how lucky we were .
His integrity was never doubted as he strove for perfection together with his always smiling project manager Glenn and the band of highly skilled very
pleasant tradies .
We were kept informed every step of the way and welcomed for numerous on site visits .
Our impeccably built house has high quality finishes and appliances and was completed earlier than scheduled .
Aurelio and Glenn instigated the maintenance follow up for small issues and these were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner .
At the end of the day its a joy to return to our new home .
Well done to you all and thank you ….we were indeed lucky .

“Where do we start? We just love our house that Grab Property Group built us. We love the design and we love the high end finishes throughout. We bought “off the plan” and then were able to work with Aurie to make some modifications and changes to suit our family. Throughout the entire building process, there was nothing that was too much trouble and we felt involved throughout the entire build with Aurie making sure that we happy with all of the features, appliances and finishes. Working with Jackie and her interior designer – Lisa to choose all of the colours, finishes, cabinetry, tiles, carpets and appliances was fantastic and the outcome is a spectacular house with the highest quality finishes and a designer feel.
The thing we love the most is the functionality of our home. The design simply works for our family. The rooms are really spacious, the kitchen is magnificent and the overall quality is amazing. Building a house is supposed to be stressful??? Not for us. We couldn’t recommend Grab Property Group more highly. Thanks so much Jackie & Aurie.

I don’t know what I love the most about my townhouse, whether it’s the amazing design, or the fact that I can whole heartedly enjoy living in it because of the quality of build, or the fact that I know how much effort you put into making sure the workmanship at all levels was given thorough attention. I know I don’t need to worry about any careless shortcuts that would create a problem for me down the track.
I would like to note, just as importantly, that you were always available to speak with and prompt to address whatever concerns that I may have had throughout the process. You were very clear on what could and couldn’t be done and very patient with some of my petty observations and requests. For future clients that has to be a big plus. As I have been in real estate for 13 years, I have to say that this is an unusual quality in the building industry.
Again, thanks so much for your continued, genuine communication after the purchase. I know that I can rest assured that if I need your assistance with anything over the next few years that you will be completely supportive.

Thank you so much for making the building process a joy rather than a head ache which it often is.
You were extremely accommodating in making changes to the original fittings and fixtures, and I am more than thrilled with the end result.
Aurie was more than patient with my endless questions and phone calls, and I appreciated his manner in this regard. Nothing seemed to be much trouble.
He was very thorough, and the quality of the build was paramount to him which comforted me enormously.
I would highly recommend Aurie as a builder and the quality of his product is second to none.
